Dr. Y. K. So

Dr. So Yuk Kwan is the Founder, Chairman, Chief Executive Officer and Executive Director of AV Concept Holdings Limited, listed on the Main Board of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited since 1996. Dr. So has over 45 years of experience in the electronics industry. Under his leadership, AV Concept maintains as the major distributor of Samsung semiconductors products to factories in China and Far East.

Dr. So holds an honorary degree, Doctor of Philosophy in Business Administration from the International American University and a Master Degree in Business Administration from the University of East Asia (now known as University of Macau). He is also a Fellow Member of the British Institute of Management. Presently, he is the Executive Vice-Chairman of the Executive Committee of the Hong Kong Electronic Industries Association Limited (“HKEIA”) and the Chairman of Education Foundation of HKEIA. Dr.  So is also the Vice President of The Hong Kong Semiconductor Industry Council. Further, Dr. So is a Fellow Member of The Hong Kong Institute of Directors and the Honorary Chairman of Advisory Committee (Industry) of Co-operative Education Centre of City University of Hong Kong.
