Dr. Meikei Ieong is a global technology leader with rich experience in R&D and commercialization. He is currently the Chairman of Simbury and the Founding Chairman of Semiconductor Nanotechnology Alliance (SNA). Dr. Ieong held senior management positions in world leading semiconductor corporations and research institutes, including Chief Technology Officer of Hong Kong Applied Science and Technology Research Institute (ASTRI), Vice President of Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Company (TSMC) and Senior Manager of IBM. He holds the Ph.D. of Electrical and Computer Engineering, University of Massachusetts Amherst and MBA of Sloan Fellows Program, MIT Sloan School of Management.

Dr. Ieong has published more than 100 papers in journals and conferences. He is also a prolific inventor achieved more than 150 patents in semiconductor technologies, with over 14,600 citations according to Google Scholar. He served as the Conference Chairman of International Electron Devices Meeting, a reputable Olympic conference in the semiconductor industry. He is the Fellow of Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE), a technology leader, a scientist and engineer who has made significant technology contributions to the industry.
